你的职责: 1. Assist MD to make market strategy and analysis, develop strategic planning, including but not limited to key customers and partner’s relationship maintenance and visit, market information collection, monthly business report analysis, etc. 协助总经理做出市场战略与分析,制定战略规划,包括不限于关键客户及重要合作伙伴的关系维护和拜访,市场信息收集,月度经营报告分析等。 2. Assist MD to prepare relevant meeting materials and reports in advance, including but not limited to operation meetings, project meetings, management meetings, shareholder meetings and other related materials and reports, make the meeting minutes, and follow up the meeting matters and the completion. 协助总经理提前准备相关会议资料及报告,包括不限于运营会议、项目会议、经理层会议、股东会议等相关资料及报告的准备, 会议记录制作,跟进会议事项以及完成情况。 3. Coordinate company overall continuous improvement, including cost saving projects and other projects assigned by MD. 协调公司整体持续改进,包括成本节约项目和总经理指派的其他项目。 4. Lead the business process improvement not limit quotation process, price adjustment process etc. 领导业务流程的改进不局限于报价流程,价格调整流程等。 5. Understand government related industrial policies and assist MD to coordinate external affairs. 了解政府相关产业政策,协助总经理协调外部事务。 6. Complete other tasks assigned by MD. 完成总经理交办的其他各类事务。 要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Engineering or Science, 3+ years’ experience in customer relationship; 本科及以上学历,理工科专业优先;三年以上客户关系维护经验; 2. Good communication and coordination skills, strong market sensitivity and data analysis ability, excellent time management skills; 良好的沟通协调能力,较强的市场敏锐度及数据分析能力,优秀的时间管理能力; 3. Proactive, trustworthy, high sense of responsibility, have good professional ethics; 积极主动,值得信赖,高度责任感,有良好的职业道德; 4. A team player, strong ability to work under pressure; flexible, good problem solving skills; 具有团队合作精神,较强的抗压能力;灵活,良好的问题解决能力; 5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET6 above; 英文听说读写流利,CET-6以上; 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; 熟练使用Office办公软件,如Outlook、Word、Excel和PowerPoint; 7. Familiar with national and local policies and regulations; 熟悉国家及地方相关政策与法规。
