工作内容Job content: 1. 管理两家工厂仓库、委外仓库及第三方仓库 Manage two warehouses in different plant, outsourcing warehouse and 3rd party. 2. 制定仓库年度管理目标,提高仓库管理水平 Set up annual warehouse target, increase warehouse management level. 3. 制定并执行政策和流程,监督并确保仓库业务运行顺畅 Establish and maintain policies and procedures and ensure warehouse staffs comply. Supervise and ensure warehouse operation in order. 4. 规划仓库布局,实现场地、物料、人员、仓储设备的合理规划,并加以控制 Organize the layout of warehouse, realize and control space, material, manpower and equipment plan. 5. 优化仓库库存并且确保库存准确率,包括ERP账内及其它账上物资 Optimise the stock and ensure inventory accuracy, including all inventory in ERP and other accounts 6. 负责所有物资的管理,对废弃品,呆滞品及不合格品等提出处理意见,并保证合规合理的实施 In charge of all materials, ensure including but not limited to scrap, aging, defective parts handling in compliance and reasonable way. 7. 实施ISO9000及ISO14001, VDA, IATF等标准 Conform and implement ISO9000 & ISO14001, VDA and IATF, etc standards. 8. 培训仓库员工,并且定期评估员工绩效。协调人力资源部门做好储备人员的选拔。 Train warehouse staffs base on annual schedule and evaluating their performance regularly. Coordinate with HR to prepare potential leaders’ resource. 9. 制定仓库安全标准以及人员安全操作要求,识别并及时排查各种隐患 Establish warehouse safety standard and safety operation requirements, recognize and eliminate safety risk. 10. 主导实施持续改进,提高效率,降低成本,负责仓库预 Lead warehouse people to carry out improvement, continuously improve working procedure, enhance working efficiency and reduce warehouse cost. Propose budget for the warehouse. 11. 负责与其它部门的沟通协调及项目合作 Cooperate with other departments and support in common projects. 12. 其它上级派发的任务 Other tasks from supervisor 任职资格Qualification: 教育背景Education background: ◆大专以上学历College or above。 培训经历Training experience: ◆受过仓库管理、财务会计基本知识等方面的培训。 Trained in warehouse management, basic knowledge of financial accounting, etc. 经 验Experience: ◆五年以上相关工作经验 At least 5 years’ relevant experience Accept interns. 技能技巧ability and skills: ◆熟悉仓储物流管理体系,了解ERP系统及ISO体系 Familiar with logistic and warehouse management system, have good knowledge of ERP and Trade, good understanding ISO9000 system. ◆优异管理能力,擅长沟通,协调,有团队合作精神 Strong leadership, good communication, coordination and negotiation shills, teamwork spirit.
