Primary Tasks
主要职责
1.Implementation and management of SOPEX projects, workshops and On-site trainings
主导并推进SOPEX项目、研讨会和现场培训
2.To planning, to execution of internal and external SOPEX audits with cross departments.
计划并执行跨部门的内部和外部SOPEX审核。
3.Training of Employees within basic lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, OEE, Total Productive Maintenance, Single Minute Exchange of Dies, 7S, Visualization, etc.)
为员工培训并普及基础精益工具(VSM,OEE,TPM,SMED,7S,目视化等)
4.Support in the development from local and global SOPEX Standards etc,
支持建立本地化和全球化SOPEX标准
5.On site steering and supporting of Global Method Champions (Lean tools)
推进并支持 全球方法倡导者 (精益工具)的使用
6.Active communication of Success Stories in the Organization
在公司内部分享和宣传成功案例
7.Identification of waste and continuous improvement of the own SOPEX organization
识别浪费,并持续改善SOPEX组织
8.Training of Employees with Global Coaching System (Toyota Kata), and running the 2nd Coach Function
为员工培训 全球辅导系统 (丰田套路),并担任二级教练
9.Preparation, implementation and follow-up of Target Deployment Process workshops yearly.
筹备、推进并追踪年度 目标部署过程 研讨会
10.Coordination from operation teams to the organization of cost saving processes, and tracking of economic success of SOPEX projects with KPI‘s/ Plant Potential List
组织并协调运营团队共同进行降本增效,同时根据KPI追踪SOPEX项目的经济收益。
Skills / Knowledge
1.Bachelor’s degree with 3+ work experience in engineering or other technical field
本科学历,有3年以上工程或相关领域工作经验
2.Good moderation and communication skills
良好的协调和沟通能力
3.Good flexibility and can work under pressure
良好的灵活性,能在压力下工作
4.Change Management Skills
领导变革的能力
5.Progressive experience in Lean deployment

6.Fluent English skills
